What a beautiful start to the new year!
I was at the South Bank with my adopted family to count into the New Year, and later that day, celebrated my granny's 87th birthday, and I have to take off my hat after being in the kitchen for 2-3 hours cooking up a wonderful meal.
I also managed to have some chicken frankfurters (at last) but I was disappointed. I had put 4 in the oven and only ate one and a half. It tasted awful, to the point that I started to feel sick. It was so salty, I wanted to cry. No longer fancy Chicken frankfurters.
I decided to shop for some wigs today. I though I should have as many options as possible foe when I go bald. Im thinking that it might be a bit cold in the middle of January. Ooh, I can see if having no hair really makes a difference, like guys say. I'll let you know!
So my wig shopping trip. I thought I'd get my friend Waltzing Matilda to document my trip,as you can never have too many pictures. What do you think of this little number? (click here) There were some awful ones which looked like I was wearing a wing, and others which I quite like. During the trip, I really felt like a 'Cancer patient'. Althought the patch is only in the middle, some at the front and soon the be on the side, there is not style in the world that I will be able to do compisate the lack of hair.
So after the shopping trip, it was only right to have something to eat. Ping Pong. Hmmmmm Lovey dumplings. I love this place, I think I will be returning here for my birthday! It was light, yet filling. The desert, some Mango think was not nice at all. It had coconum cream on it and it tasted all grainy. So I ordered something else. Chocolate and Banana spring rollls with chocolate ice cream.
